About Micca Store
Micca is a Virginia based seller of consumer electronics including media players, MP3
players, digital photo frames, digital cameras, and other electronics designed to enhance
the lifestyle of their users. Our Micca-branded products offer a combination of high
quality and desirable features at attractive price points.
Micca currently maintains the following authorized retail and distribution channels.
Unless a retailer is listed below, it is not authorized by Micca any products purchased
there are not eligible for return, exchange, and warranty through Micca.

New products sold by Micca are covered by a 30 day return policy. For 30 days from the date of invoice, products can be returned to Micca for
refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
Defective products can be returned for refund of original purchase price or exchanged for same item.
Refund will be for original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable.
Returns of non-defective products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
In all cases, customers are responsible for cost of return shipping.
A valid RMA number is required on all return packages. An RMA number can be obtained by emailing support.
Returned products must contain all original packaging, including retail box, UPC symbol, accessories, and documentation.
Returned products must be properly boxed and padded to avoid damage during return shipping.
Any returned products received not in accordance with the above policy, such as damaged or incomplete product, will be refused. Exceptions to this policy
will be indicated on the product details page.
All sales are final for used products sold by Micca. Any significantly-not-as-described claims should be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Most Micca-Branded products are covered by a limited warranty, the length of which differs for each product and is noted in the product description. Extended warranties are available that extends the term of the limited warranty (See Extended Warranty section below). Except where indicated differently, the following standard limited warranty is valid for Micca Branded products:
Micca, LLC warrants all Micca Branded products against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period of 30 days, during which Micca will repair or replace defective products at our sole option. Customer must pay for all return shipping costs during the limited period. The limited warranty period starts at the date of original purchase. This limited warranty applies only to purchases from authorized Micca Retailers. This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is valid only to consumers in the United States.
This limited warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover failures resulting from accident, fire, flood, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, modification, service by anyone other than Micca, or damage that is attributable to Acts of God. It does not cover costs of transportation to Micca or damage in transit. Customers should return defective products, freight prepaid and insured, to Micca only after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customers are required to provide a copy of the original sales invoice from an authorized Micca Retailer or Distributor when making a claim against this limited warranty.
Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not extend the term of this warranty. Should a product prove to be defective in workmanship or material, the customer's sole remedies will be repair or replacement as provided under the terms of this warranty. If the defective product is discontinued Micca may replace the product with an equivalent or superior product at its option. The limit of liability under this warranty is the original purchase price of the product. Any cost of re-installation is the sole responsibility of the customer and that cost shall not be the responsibility of Micca. Under no circumstances shall Micca be liable for loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. There are no express warranties other than described above.
At time of purchase or within 30 days of purchase, customers may purchase an extended warranty for Micca-Branded products. The extended warranty has the
same terms and conditions as the standard warranty, and take effect at the expiration of the standard warranty. Please visit the Warranties and Assistance

Non Micca-Branded items may be protected by a manufacturer’s warranty beyond our 30-day return policy. Micca does not provide or offer any additional warranties for non
Micca-branded items. For support and warranty service, customers should contact the respective manufacturers directly.
Warranty Claims Assistance:
For the convenience of customers, warranty claims assistance can be purchased from Micca for most new non Micca-branded products. Being an authorized retailer for all products we sell, Micca’s warranty claims assistance service can be significantly faster and cheaper than dealing directly with the manufacturer. This service may be purchased at the time of purchase, or within 30 days of purchase.
With the purchase of warranty claims assistance, Micca will provide best-effort assistance to the customer in obtaining warranty service from the manufacturer for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Micca will only provide warranty claims assistance, Micca does not provide any warranty.
Each warranty claim is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Micca does not guarantee the results of any warranty claims it provides assistance for.
Whether a warranty claim is approved or denied is the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Customers must pay for all claim-related charges not covered by the manufacturer, such as shipping costs.
The warranty claims assistance is only available to purchases from authorized Micca Retailers.
The warranty claims assistance can only be used by the original purchaser.
The warranty claims assistance is valid only to consumers in the United States.
