Micca Store is a US based reseller and distributor of Micca and other branded consumer electronics such as digital media players, portable personal audio, and digital photo frames. The products we carry offer a combination of high quality and desirable features at attractive price points.
Micca Store is the sole authorized retailer and distributor for Micca branded products. Micca Store operates the following sales channels - items purchased from other channels are not eligible for return, exchange, and warranty service through Micca Store.

New products sold by Micca Store are covered by a 30 day return policy. For 30 days from the date of invoice, products can be returned to Micca Store for
refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
Defective products can be returned for refund of original purchase price or exchanged for same item.
Refund will be for original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable.
Returns of non-defective products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
In all cases, customers are responsible for cost of return shipping.
A valid RMA number is required on all return packages. An RMA number can be obtained by emailing support.
Returned products must contain all original packaging, including retail box, UPC symbol, accessories, and documentation.
Returned products must be properly boxed and padded to avoid damage during return shipping.
Any returned products received not in accordance with the above policy, such as damaged or incomplete product, will be refused. Exceptions to this policy
will be indicated on the product details page.
All sales are final for used products sold by Micca Store. Any significantly-not-as-described claims should be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
