Got this December 25th 2011. This device is so freakin' sweet! I ripped all my DVDs on an external hard drive, and now I can everything all at once without switched DVDs!
I hope there is an update soon where it can read .MKV files. :D

I have had this device for a few months now and it is incredible. I got this to replace by son's DVD collection as he was wearing out DVD players and scratching disk and this little device is a life saver. I bought a portable Seagate 300GB drive and upload all his DVD collections onto it and hook it to the MPlay and I am done. It will run continuously all his movie/tv files. I literally never turn it off it runs loops of entire seasons of cartoon shows for hours. I do occasionally have to turn it off because it does have some artifacts that pop up after running for so long( but this is probably more the harddrive getting warm and not the MPlayer) but once you restart it again it runs clear. This should be on every parents list for playing movies for their kids, and I can take it with me anywhere so nights at grandma's or the sitter are covered. This is a MUST BUY!!!!!!

GREAT product!!
Have had it now for a few weeks and have already turned a bunch of my friends onto this fun "little" media player.
Only got the MPLAY Digital Media Player, but planning on purchasing the MPLAY HD Net 1080p full HD player for my living room. I will keep talking this product to everyone that I know.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago. It works great EXCEPT (1) the keys on the remote do not work well at all. I am hoping someone (or MICCA) might give me an idea what the closest device this is simillar to so I can program a UNIVERSAL REMOTE to emulate the remote. (2) Long titles are NOT DISPLAYED IN THEIR ENTIRETY. What that means is some chinese characters in a long titles are not displayed (usually within the first few characters). Hope someone at MICCA is reading this and do someone in the firmware to fix the problem.
